Who we are

Sonipat Mishtaan Bhandar is a sweet shop on Murthal Road, Sonipat, Haryana. We are the data fiduciary for the personal data you give us on this website, under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect and why

When you order: your name, mobile number and email, to confirm the order and send updates; your delivery address and pincode, to deliver it; and, if you ask for a business invoice, your GSTIN.

When you send a bulk or corporate enquiry: your name, mobile number, and anything you tell us about the order, so we can call you back with a quote.

When you pay online: payment is handled by Razorpay. We receive a payment reference and the payment method (for example UPI), never your card number, UPI PIN or bank password.

With your consent only: analytics cookies (Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity) that tell us how the site is used, and festival offers by email if you tick that box at checkout.

Who we share it with

Only with the services that run the shop for us: Razorpay (payments), Resend (order emails), Vercel and Neon (website hosting and database, servers in India or abroad), and a courier company when you choose courier delivery. Each uses your data only to provide that service. We share data with authorities only when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice records are kept for 8 years because GST law requires it. Enquiries we do not convert into orders are deleted after 2 years. Marketing consent is kept until you withdraw it.

Your rights

You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, withdraw consent for marketing or analytics, or have it deleted (except invoice records we must keep by law). Write to our grievance officer, whose details are below, and we will reply within 30 days.

Children

This website is not meant for children under 18. Orders must be placed by an adult.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
