Food Safety and FSSAI

Sonipat Mishtaan Bhandar is a pure-vegetarian, eggless kitchen licensed by the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India. Our sweets are made in small batches every day in desi ghee and fresh milk. Our FSSAI licence number is shown below and in the footer of every page.
Pure vegetarian and eggless
Everything we make is vegetarian and eggless. No meat, fish or egg enters our kitchen.
Allergens
Our kitchen handles milk, tree nuts (cashew, almond, pistachio), peanuts, gluten (wheat) and sesame. Each product page lists its allergens, but traces of others may be present.
Freshness
Milk sweets are best eaten the same day or within 2 to 3 days in the fridge. Dry sweets and namkeen keep longer; each product page shows its shelf life in days and how to store it.
Hygiene
Our staff wear caps and gloves, the kitchen is cleaned every day, and ingredients are bought from licensed suppliers.
