Doda Barfi from Sonipat Mishtaan Bhandar is made fresh in small batches at our shop on Murthal Road, Sonipat. Dark, chewy Punjabi barfi of caramelised milk and sprouted wheat, studded with nuts. It costs ₹500 per kg, is vegetarian and eggless, and stays fresh for about 10 days. Keep in a cool, dry place; refrigerate in summer.
